4. What happens if I refuse to provide my personal information to DARTSLIVE?

The membership card is the one you purchased at a store where DARTSLIVE products are placed. DARTSLIVE may charge you certain costs incurred by DARTSLIVE (e.g. postal fee) for your request to view, correct or delete the personal information collected about you. DARTSLIVE will separately notify you of such costs if any. DARTSLIVE may also request you to provide DARTSLIVE with a photocopy of a certificate to identify yourself (e.g. passport) before accepting your such request.

11. DARTSLIVE's policy regarding children under 13:
DARTSLIVE does not knowingly collect personal information such as name and email address from children 12 years old and under. From time to time, certain portions of DARTSLIVE websites (e.g., a contest entry form) may allow all users (including children under 13) to disclose a limited amount of personal information without first telling DARTSLIVE their age or parental permission.
