    Who's the Greatest? We were about to know the answer. FINAL MATCH is 7 legs and between Boris Krcmar and Paul Lim. Both players performed at equally good pace in the match.     The players who have an over 30-year age difference competed in SEMI FINAL MATCH 2. Paul Lim shot first and took the 1st leg 701 swiftly not giving any chance to Shunpei Noge. Then Noge shot first, performed excellently and took the 2nd leg cricket to level at 1-1. Lim fiercely fought back and notched the 3rd leg cricket. In the 4th leg, cornered Noge shot first and took the leg to tie.In the 5th, Lim chose to shoot first while Noge picked cricket. Lim won this intense see-saw match and showed us that he is after all a clutch veteran.

In the 2nd leg cricket, Gray threw first but he couldn’t gather himself up to notch the game. Krcmar shifted up a gear and took 2-0 lead. Cornered Gray got a 9 mark but couldn’t overturn Krcmar who hit a bull's-eye when needed. Krcmar whitewashed Gray.

    This match is between Lourence Ilagan who had been in top condition since the previous day and Shunpei Noge, a Japanese up-and-coming player. It had been a see-saw battle up until the 4th leg as Noge tenaciously fought back against the intense attack by Ilagan. Noge chose to throw first in the fatal final leg after his cork winning. Ilagan chose a separate bull 701 game. Noge maintained over 100 leaving Ilagan behind and the victory went the Japanese player when he hit 121 sharp.

Cornered Katsumi fiercely got back at 701 with his accurate bull’s-eye shooting in the 4th leg to earn 2-2 tie and the match entered the final leg for the first time in this tournament Katsumi shoot first in the final cricket, but Boris took advantage hitting 9 mark in the 2nd round and won the match.

    Lourence Ilagan won WILD CARD TOURNAMENT and got a ticket to SUPER DARTS of the next day. His overwhelming strength made him one of the strong contenders for the title at the same time. Ilagan’s opponent is Haruki Muramatsu, “Japanese ace” who started playing tournaments across the world. The match began intensely. Both grabbed the game’s break in the 1st and the 2nd legs. They went full throttle in battle of the 3rd leg. Ilagan took a lead with successive triples and left Muramatsu behind. He took the 3rd and the 4th legs in the last match of the first round. Ilagan showed his outstanding strength.

    This match between Yuji Eguchi and Takehiro Suzuki is one of the most talked about first round matches. They are both frequent players of SUPER DARTS.     Masumi Chino drew the highest attention among the players of this tournament as he had never been at our official tournaments due to his affiliation. Chino was a mysterious opponent to other players as none of them competed against him at tournaments before. Adrian Gray is the player who upset the legendary steel tip darts player Phil Taylor. Gray started great getting the 701 game in the 1st leg with three in the black. In the next cricket, Chino's TON80 landed tie in the beginning but he couldn't keep up with the UK player in the 3rd and 4th legs. Gray won the match 3-1.
