-FINAL MATCH

  • Keita Ono VS Scott Kirchner (4 - 2)

“My bulls were very good in all the 01 games today. It made me win,” as Keita Ono looked back on FINAL MATCH.
Ono achieved 142.53 as his 01 STATS per match, the best in this tournament. In the 1st and 2nd legs, he excited the audience with his 2 consecutive BULL PERFECTs hitting BULL, 1, BULL. His excellent performance was outstanding for the FINAL MATCH in SUPER DARTS.
Meanwhile, Scott Kirchner obtained the best CRICKET STATS per match on the day posting 6.29.
“Kirchner played amazing CRICKET games in the FINAL,” said Ono.
Kirchner, the winner of SUPER DARTS 2013 defeated 3 Japanese players in this tournament: Kenichi Ajiki, Takehiro Suzuki and Shunpei Noge. With his stable performance and excellent CRICKET games, the 2013 champion gave a hard time to Ono. In their last leg (CRICKET), Ono hit 9 mark first and shined as the champion this year, his first SUPER DARTS.
“I am so glad! People say that I am very strong in one-day tournaments only (laugh). I would earn a better reputation if I can play this well all the time. I will keep doing my best.” After a hiatus in 2012, SUPER DARTS expanded internationally, and extended its invitations to players all over the world from 2013. Since then, many non-Japanese players became champions. Ono’s win in SUPER DARTS 2017 is the first time since 2011 that a Japanese player has won the event.

Takehiro Suzuki VS Boris Krcmar (4 - 1)

All would agree that Takehiro Suzuki excited the audience the most at the competition. He defeated Boris Krcmar, one of the top contenders in the first round.
