Trint Sumner starts strong at AMERICAS TOUR 2015 STAGE 1 Tennessee

AMERICA’S TOUR 2015 STAGE 1 Tennessee was held at Southern Belle Riverboat from April 17th to 19th.
On April 17th (Fri), Chris Lim scored 9925 points to win the SHOOT OUT Round which earned him the #1 seed for the OPEN DIVISION tournament round.
The Tournament Round was held on April 18th (Sat), where a total of 97 players took part in all divisions.
STAGE 1 featured many local players from Tennessee, which showcased the high talent level this state possesses. Joseph Chaney, Thomas Baugh, Lisa Ayers were some of the many Tennessee players who have shown brilliant performances during the weekend.

【OPEN DIVISION】
The final match was played between Trint Sumner and Danny Delfino, both from Georgia.
The match had to be decided until the 6th legs, which Trint Sumner won the match and became the Open Division winner.

【DIVISION I & II】
DIVISIONS I & II were equally exciting. These players started earlier in the day and wow! There is some excellent talent coming up.

Starting off the event was Division II. Local players included Milton Boudoin, Ashley Stryker, Mitch Wilson, and Jessica Williams. The final match came down to Hannah Quackenbush and Buster Graves. Buster Graves (a 13 year old) won the match. This is a person that we will definitely have the pleasure of watching grow in the sport of darts.

Division I, also has some excellent local players: Reuben Leaman, Doug Bonner, Steven Chapman are among those. The finals match between Steven Showalter, from Ohio, and Jimmy Flurry. This was an intense battle between these two. Steven Showalter was able to take the final leg for the championship.

■Entry period of Annual Entry and STAGE 2 Minnesota OPEN DIVISION
The entry period of the Annual Entry will be available again from May 7th to 14th. STAGE 2 Minniesota will be held at Biff’s Sports Bar & Grill from June 26 to June 28. The entry period of the OPEN DIVISION is scheduled to be opened from May 15th to June 21st. The entry of OPEN DIVISION will be closed once the participants reaches 64 players.
