【Additional Information】Correction of Subscription Plan Membership Renewal Rewards due to Automatic Cancellation of Apple Store Subscription

Several customers have not been able to meet the requirements for the correction of Subscription Plan Membership Renewal Rewards, which was scheduled to take place on or after Thursday, May 30, 2024 (JST), so we are extending the period until Friday, June 7, 2024 (JST).

To correct your Subscription Plan Membership Renewal Rewards, your DARTSLIVE subscription plan must be the same as the plan you had before Monday, May 13, 2024, at 8:30 (JST). The detailed conditions are as follows.

【Terms and Conditions】
・You must re-subscribe to your previous Apple Store DARTSLIVE subscription plan you were using up until Friday, June 7, 2024 (JST).
・After re-subscribing, please open the DARTSLIVE app. If you are still on a Free Plan or a Trial Plan, go to “Restore Purchase Information” to update your details.

We will correct the Renewal Rewards period on or after Tuesday, June 11, 2024 (JST). In addition, as an apology, 300 DARTSLIVE Coins will be given to customers who had their subscriptions automatically canceled.

Please go to “Restore Purchase Information” in the Subscription Registration screen on the DARTSLIVE app.
