◆ Terms and Conditions

＜Participation Rules＞

• To participate in this event, all players are required to use a DARTSLIVE CARD.
• For DARTSLIVE2 Machine, the number of Friends is based on new players. Playing against the same player multiple times, will be counted as 1 Friend only.
• Game Result will not affect the Number of Friends Accumulated or Game Counts. i.e. Win / Lose.
• For doubles or multiplayer games, all participating players will be counted.
• If the game is not completed (e.g., exiting midway), it will not be counted.
• This event is limited to DARTSLIVE Plan Members (Premium+ Plan Member, Premium Plan Member, Trial Plan Member, or Free Plan Member). Non-members will not be included in the Friend count.
• If any player is found manually pressing the dartboard or engaging in other unethical behaviours that violate public morals, be will be deemed as fraudulent.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the content of this event.

＜Participant Criteria＞

• The prizes are only eligible for players residing in Malaysia only.
• The prizes are only eligible for players residing in Singapore only.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify a player in the following cases:
• Players who have been found to participate the Lucky Draw in an improper manner
• Other reasons deemed by the organizer to be ineligible for the Lucky Draw

＜Winner Announcement＞

The results will be announced at the end of the month, and prizes will be shipped accordingly. To all winners, please contact DARTSLIVE Malaysia’s Facebook or Instagram Page for prize collection. Kindly note that the collection deadline will end on 28 February 2025, thereafter prizes not collected will be withdrawn.

The information provided by the winners will only be used for shipping prizes and not for other purposes.

＜Notes＞

• The organizer is not responsible for any losses, liabilities, damages, expenses or other related claims caused by participating in this campaign or winning the prize.
• In the event of special circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to modify the event period, prize content or prize design.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event rules at any time without prior consent from the participants. The modified rules will take effect immediately once it has been announced.
• The winning prizes cannot be transferred to others or redeemed for cash, and prizes cannot be resold.
