   Upon submission, you will receive an automated email with your submitted entry details. Please make a payment within 3 working days.
   *Entries are strictly non transferrable or refundable.

   Official DARTSLIVE League in the country

   ※ DOUBLES Event Registration - 1 Team = 1 Form, only 1 Player to SUBMIT & PAY.

   ※ For SG & MY Players, please include your Tournament ID, and refer to your latest Rating dated for reference on 5 August 2025 from https://dlratingcheck.com/
