On Monday, May 13, 2024, at around 8:00 a.m. (JST), there was a problem with the automatic cancellation of Apple Store subscriptions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and distress this may have caused.

This problem has been corrected. If your Apple Store subscription was automatically canceled during the affected period, and your Subscription Plan Membership Renewal Rewards were reset, please re-subscribe within the following timeframe to correct this issue.

・Re-subscribe to the subscription plan you were on before the cancelation in the Apple Store Subscription section by Tuesday, May 28, 2024 (JST).
・We will correct the Subscription Plan Membership Renewal Rewards period on or after Thursday, May 30, 2024 (JST).

As an apology, we will also grant 300 Coins to customers who automatically had their subscriptions canceled.
