Log in with DARTSLIVE Card ID and PIN (4-digit number)
After
Migration Process(email address and password)

is required.(”Migration Process “ for your initial login only)

※What’s DARTSLIVE Account?
To use DARTSLIVE services, you will need DARTSLIVE account that uses email address and password to log in starting Tue Apr 2, 2019.
Your DARTSLIVE account uses the email address and password of your current “User Identification Information”.
If you didn’t register “User Identification Information” or forgot about it, you can use an email address and password of your choice.

Not sure about your DARTSLIVE Card info

Refer to one of the following 3 sections that applies to you

  1. Not sure about your DARTSLIVE Card ID(e.g. lost card)

    1. ① PREMIUM member

      • ※Please write your membership payment method on the form.(We will look up your DARTSLIVE card info with the payment record. )
    2. ② STANDARD and TRIAL members

      Your DARTSLIVE Card info is not available.
      Please create a new DARTSLIVE Account using a new card.

  2. Have DARTSLIVE Card ID but not sure about PIN

    Tap “Complete the migration” on login page>Enter DARTSLIVE Card ID >Forgot PIN?
    You can find out your PIN from the above.

  3. Not sure about both DARTSLIVE Card ID and PIN

    We can’t find your DARTSLIVE Card info. Please create a new DARTSLIVE Account using a new card.

    Read before you create a new DARTSLIVE Account using a new card
    If ”The email address is already registered” appears when you enter your email address, the email address was already registered as “User Identification Information.”
    Please use a different email address as we can’ t accept email addresses already in use.

Could log in with Card ID but couldn’t migrate

Refer to one of the following 3 sections that applies to you

  1. If you forgot your <Password>in “User Identification Information”

    Follow the step below to obtain temporary password and reset password.
    We will send a “Temporary Password” to your email account registered to your DARTSLIVE Account.

    Log in with DARTSLIVE card ID > Tap “To Migration Process” > "Forgot password?"
  2. If your <email address> in ”User Identification Information” is unavailable

    You can change your email address during the migration process.
    Go to"Change your email address" and enter your new email address and password in your User Identification Information.

    • ※Cases where an email address is unavailable:change of mobile provider and/or email provider, or email provider is no longer available
  3. If you forgot your password in ”User Identification Information” and your registered email address is unavailable

      Your DARTSLIVE card information is not available.
      Create an account and complete the migration process following the steps below.
