About dartboard

• How can I turn on the board?

  • Make sure either batteries or USB connection is properly connected. Press the power button for 1 second.

• How can I turn off the board?

  • Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds or longer.

• Why is the power button flickering?

  • Please refer to "Low battery warning" in "About dartboard".

• I can't hear the game sounds.

  • Game sounds come from the device that installed the app.

• Why is the Bluetooth indicator flickering?

• USB connector is not supplying power to the board. What do I do?

  • Please make sure the connection is secured. Some mobile batteries do not work with this product.

• The side LED is not on. Why?

• Screen freezes and it is not working. What can I do?

  • Close the app and restart it. Bluetooth connection can fail when the app is used for an extended period of time, when the board is untouched for an extended period of time, or if the board is switched on and off repeatedly. Please check the bluetooth pairing and conduct device verification again.

• "Error Occurred During Update" will appear on the screen.

  • This error is due to problems related to network communication. Please end the app and refer to the followings:

    • ・Please use the board in good network environment.
    • ・If you are using Wi-Fi, please check the connection.
    • ・If NOTA doesn't affect the result in any way, please try it again later to alleviate possible concentration of accesses.

• I can't link the app and dartboard properly. How can I do it?

• When I open the app, "Upload the latest data?" appears and freezes.

  • Please delete the data and restart the app.

    Steps

    • 1. Plrase go to "Settings" of the drawer screen(App list) ⇒ "App" ⇒ "DL-200S"
    • 2. Tap "Force-quit", read the confirmation message and tap "OK"
    • 3. Tap "Erase data", read the confirmation message and tap "OK"
    • 4. Power off the device and power it on again
    • 5. After the restart, open DARTSLIVE-200S app again

• The number pushed on the board is different from the one shown on the app. How can I fix it?

  • Please conduct device verification again.

• The virtual keyboard disappeared after trying to type in a different app.

  • Turn off the board or the Bluetooth connection of your device.

• One of the numbers on the board is always not working

  • Change the English keyboard setting from English (EN) to English (US)

About DARTSLIVE HOME App

• The screen is frozen and will not respond. What should I do?

  • Close the App and restart your device. Keeping the App running for a long time, leaving the dartboard idle, or turning it on/off may cause your Bluetooth to disconnect from your device. Check the Bluetooth pairing again and authenticate the device.

• I cannot connect the App to the dartboard. How do I connect it?

• The number I entered via the dartboard does not match the number that appears on the device screen.

  • Conduct Device Authentication again. If you change the device or switch between the DARTSLIVE Home App and the DARTSLIVE-200S App, you will need to perform the device authentication again on the App of the device you are using.

    Possible Causes

    • Pairing or Device Authentication may have failed because of incorrectly performed Device Authentication, incorrect device settings, or the use of a different device.

    Setup

    • 1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your device.
    • 2. Turn off the dartboard.
    • 3. Remove DARTSLIVE-200S from the device list in the Bluetooth Settings on your device.
    • 4. Perform the pairing (Connection via Bluetooth) procedure again following the "User's Manual" (PDF).
    • 5. Make sure your dartboard and device are connected via Bluetooth.
    • 6. Start the App to show its main menu, and press and hold the yellow and red buttons on the dartboard together for "Device Authentication".

• Some iOS devices may not show correct numbers hit nor work properly with the board target.

  • When the target doesn't respond, go to "SETTINGS>GENERAL>KEYBOARD>HARDWARE KEYBOARD SETTINGS" and select "AUTO" for input method. This may fix the problem. If you are using a generic keyboard App, the board may not work properly. Switch to an iOS standard keyboard and try again.

• There may be situations where the target does not respond or respond multiple times during LIVE MATCH.

  • If you are connected to a 2.4 GHz band wireless LAN, radio interference may slow down the communication between the wireless LAN and the Bluetooth, causing problems such as the target not responding or responding multiple times to a throw during LIVE MATCH. In such cases, using 5 GHz wireless LAN may bring improvement. Please refer to your router's product manual or user's guide to find out how to set up the wireless LAN, as it depends on the specifications of each manufacturer.

• When I tried to type on another App, the on-screen keyboard disappeared.

  • Your device recognizes the 200S board as a hardware keyboard.If your device has settings such as "Display software keyboard while connected to hardware keyboard," please select it. If option does not exist, temporarily turn off Bluetooth or the 200S board. Then attempt to reload your on-screen keyboard.
