-STORY

Shunpei Noge is the first winner of the U-19 tournament of soft tip darts and 4-time winner of Pro tour JAPAN in this season.
Often called “Rookie”, he has been drawing attentions since his teens. For him, what is SUPER DARTS?

The stage he always watches and admires.
“I saw the stage on DVD or at the shops. It's an amazing tournament.
I wanted to be on the stage but I couldn’t imagine for myself participating."
Noge achieved great records in JAPAN and advanced to SUPER DARTS.
To get the ticket to the dream stage, he was constantly thinking about staying at leading positions.
And finally, Noge secured the berth for SUPER DARTS at JAPAN STAGE15 KYOTO.
“If I couldn’t advance to the final, I wouldn’t be able to play at SUPER DARTS.
My strong will for SUPER DARTS helped me to advance to the final. I grew as a player furthermore because of the purpose.

More matches to practice and to win
The strong will nurtures the player. Noge is one of the SUPER DARTS players who focus on the tournament experiences.
He doesn’t want to keep practicing silently. Noge rather wants to play at any tournament for his practice.
”It is often the case that players can hit the target easily in their practices but not at tournaments.
For me it is because their practice methods are not right.
If players want to win the stage, they have to practice on the stage. That’s the only way."
He has gained experiences at the actual venues he wants to perform his best. It is what he calls “practice”.
To get more stage experiences may be his solution to compensate his inexperience due to his young age.
For Noge, even big tournaments such as SUPER DARTS will be the “Practice” and “Real stage” at the same time.

Is this person competing against me earnestly?
Noge is much younger than any other Japanese players.
When he was a high school student, he jumped into the darts community where players were much older than him.
He got really hooked to darts and was no longer satisfied with matches against good players at darts shops.
Noge needed serious matches.
“In the end, I started considering to be a pro player to compete against very skilled players in serious matches.
I want to beat the players who think that Noge wouldn’t win”.
Seeking for ”Real darts”, Noge became a pro player and his earnest attitude has made him much stronger.
He eyes the title with all he has. Noge's ambition and confidence drive him to win.
